Regional Customer Accounts Manager

Attention all GM's, CAM's and SM's,
Because of the continued and anticipated growth of the Mid-American Division, we are now accepting resumes for the position of Regional CAM.
In this position you will be responsible for dramatically affecting the renewals performance within an entire region. You will also be charged with the challenge of training and developing GM's, CAM's and MT's to become more proficient in the renewals department.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Acquisition and maintenance of customers
- Working in different stores within a region to work with the renewals department in making phone calls and field visits to non renewed customers.
- Setting up the renewals office as per Pathway and the Ownership Manual.
- Leading and assisting stores within the region in conducting daily renewals strategy meetings.
- Assisting is establishing and meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Working with the Regional Manager to ensure all associates are trained per Pathway and the Ownership Manual.
- Generating daily reports and analyzing them for trends to recommend and implement action plans

Position requires:
- A Proven, verifiable track record of exceeding company standards in the renewals department
- A track record of working with customers to assist them to ownership
- A track record of being able to train and develop people to be successful in the Renewals Department.
- You must have excellent communication skills
- A written recommendation from either your General Manager or Regional Manager
- The ability to relocate within the region you will be working
- The ability to travel to a different location daily, with some overnight travel possible
- The ability to pay for your own travel expenses until reimbursement from Aaron's (This includes, but is not limited to: Fuel, hotel room, etc.)
- You must have reliable transportation that will enable you to drive to multiple locations throughout the week
- lifting, loading/unloading and "dollying" of merchandise 50-300 pounds
- Good orginazational skills
- Professional appearance
- Good driving skills/satisfactory MVR
- D.O.T physical, where required
- Valid drivers license in the state you are working/compliance with the companies driver qualifications policy
