Description
Responsible for taking inbound sales calls, obtaining customer's information and concerns and logging it in the appropriate systems. Under direct supervision, Associate will be primarily responsible for business development and prospecting activities including taking inbound calls, making daily outbound calls, web sales calls, and development of warm leads and closing sales. 1+ years of exp with a call center
Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to sit for 4 hour periods at a time while performing job duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of exp of customer service, preferrably in a retail environment
Must have reliable transportation
Desire to sell and the ability to overcome initial objections
Previous sales call center experience preferred
Must be able to use PC efficiently
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
