Salary range: $50,000/annually and up, negotiable, based upon previous experience and successful track record

Our Regional Managers are responsible for the training and development of associates, superior customer service, revenue growth, collections, and inventory control. The successful applicant must have demonstrated a record of achievement as a multi unit manager in a retail store, rent to own store, restaurant, or similar business environment.
Aaron's Regional Manager compensation program is tied directly to store revenues and profits. Base salary is depending on experience; successful managers have very strong earning potential.
