Our General Managers are responsible for training and development of associates, superior customer service, revenue growth, collections, and inventory control. The successful applicant must have demonstrated a record of achievement as a manager in a retail store, rent to own store, restaurant, or similar business.
Aaron's General Manager compensation program is tied directly to store revenues and profits, and is adjusted twice a year based on the prior six months' operating results. Base salary is DOE upon, satisfactory MVR (driving record) and successful completion of D.O.T. physical and drug screen and background investigation.
