I was incredibly proud to be recognized for my store’s achievements at my first managers’ meeting. Being a General Manager here means I’ve put in the hard work and proved myself, and now I’m running my own store, complete with all the financial, professional and personal rewards that go along with it. Yet, I can’t help but think about all the people that helped me along the way. That’s what I like most about Aaron’s – there truly is that mind-set that when one person succeeds, we all succeed.
